Service Description

For horse owners who want routine care appointments arranged without having to remember every date, message and follow-up. You provide your usual professionals, last appointment dates, appointment frequency and general availability. I’ll help contact your providers, arrange routine appointments and add them to your calendar so you simply get the notification when it’s booked. This can include farrier appointments, dentist appointments, physio or bodyworker visits, saddle fitting, vaccinations, worming reminders and routine follow-ups. Please note: this plan covers routine, pre-planned appointments only. Emergency, urgent, complex or last-minute appointments are not included and may be charged separately. Appointments are subject to professional availability. I’ll help arrange them, but I can’t guarantee specific dates, times or provider availability. The calendar time shown is reserved for me to review your details and start setting up your routine appointment support. You do not need to attend a call unless I contact you to clarify anything. After booking, please complete the form with your horse’s usual providers, appointment history, frequency, availability and calendar details so I can get everything organised.
